We might not be known for our formality, however we have a structure underlying community life which ensures a safe culture.

We believe in the power, energy and inspiration of collective wisdom and so value our collaborative leadership style. Our Kaitiaki guard the ethos and values we have established together while the day to day mahi of creating, shaping, caring for us lies in the capable hands and hearts of Michael Frost, Cath Gibson and Clint Gibson. But as a community of equals, everyone is encouraged to chip in and help nurture the place.

We are super grateful for the financial support that sustains this community, so we have an amazing team of Trustees that ensure we spend wisely and with integrity.
